We aim to dispatch all items from the warehouse within 1 business day (Mon-Fri).
Once dispatched, below is an approximate guide to shipping times:
STANDARD DELIVERY

Ticket Delivery
Your Tickets are delivered separately from any other items you may order, directly from our ticketing partner Crowdsurge, usually 2-4 weeks before the event.

Download Delivery
Your download links are on the order confirmation page and emailed to you immediately, or in the case of Preorders, emailed to you on the release day of the product.

Except where stated (e.g. eTickets), ticket purchases on the store are are supplied, delivered and supported separately from other items you may purchase by our ticketing partner Crowdsurge. For this reason, the main webstore Customer Services team contactable via the Contact Us link below will not be able to help you with Ticket issues.
Instead, once your order has been purchased and confirmed (i.e. you have received a transaction confirmation email from us AND a ticket confirmation email from Crowdsurge) you can contact Crowdsurge via their Support Page with any ticket enquiries HERE
Please note Tickets are non-refundable except if the show is cancelled by the Promotor (in which case, you will be emailed by Crowdsurge).
