Once dispatched, below is an approximate guide to shipping times:

Wrong items have been delivered

Occasionally a packing error may occur in the dispatch process. If you have received a wrong item in your order:
1) Contact the Customer Services team on the link below selecting Wrong Item as the subject line and including the Order Reference number from your confirmation email and as much detail as possible about the damaged item, preferably with a photo.
2) They will confirm the request with you and advise you on returning the goods. We will cover the cost of postage for any defective physical Product return.
3) Once they have confirmed the request and return postage details, provided that you return the wrong physical Product to us within thirty (30) days following receipt (determined in the same manner as the Right of Cancellation in the Returns Policy above), we will (on your election) either send you a replacement physical Product upto the equivalent value of the relevant item, or provide you with a refund for that item. You will need to return the damaged item to us before we can take further action.

Note. Size Labelling with US stock
Sizes on the site are always listed in the UK/Euro Letter format (S / M / L etc.).
Occasionally we order in clothing from the US. In this case we will list the item on the store in UK/Euro letter format but you will receive the US garment which will typically be marked with the size below that – as the below table shows.
e.g. If you ordered a T-Shirt marked as Medium on the store that was from US stock, you will be ordering a T-Shirt with approximate measurements for a UK/Euro Medium garment - as shown on the Clothing Size Guide, but the actual garment may be marked as ‘S’.
If you are unsure about what you have received, measure the width (armpit to armpit), double this value to get the chest measurement, and compare it with the Clothing Size Guide
