We aim to dispatch all items from the warehouse within 1 business day (Mon-Fri).
Once dispatched, below is an approximate guide to shipping times:

Ticket Delivery
Your Tickets are delivered separately from any other items you may order, directly from our ticketing partner Crowdsurge, usually 2-4 weeks before the event.

Your download links are on the order confirmation page and emailed to you immediately, or in the case of Preorders, emailed to you on the release day of the product.

Can you split deliveries / do a part-dispatch?

We cannot currently split up orders (to send you some items now and some later)- all items in your order are compiled until they are all available for dispatch and then sent together.
e.g. If you have ordered a T-Shirt that was listed as 'In Stock' now and a CD that was listed as available from a date in the future (i.e. it was a Pre-Order), both your T-Shirt and CD will be dispatched together when the CD is released.
If you wish to order several items with different release dates, but would like the products delivered as they become available for dispatch rather than dispatching them all together when all of your items are available for dispatch, it's best to place two separate orders.
If you have already ordered all of your items on one order but would actually like them dispatched at different times (i.e. at the earliest dispatch time for each item), you will need to cancel your order with Customer Services and order the items again on the webstore in separate orders – please see ‘How can I cancel my order?’
