Your download links are on the order confirmation page and emailed to you immediately, or in the case of Preorders, emailed to you on the release day of the product.

VAT / Tax

Prices appear on the Site and are inclusive of VAT (Sales Tax) unless otherwise stated.
Tax rules state that we have to pay VAT on all purchases made within the EC where tax applies (i.e. except for certain tax free zones). We therefore charge the price displayed and pay the relevant tax. So if a product was priced at £10 on the store, you will still get charged £10 (even if there is no tax applicable to your delivery country), but we pay a percentage of this amount as tax for this purchase as appropriate.
International customers: if you are based outside the UK, please note any applicable Import duties and taxes that are levied once the Products reach your country are your responsibility.
